Peace Batete - Pastor and Counsellor

Peace Batete is a Pastor and Counselor with over 10 years in gospel ministry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Discipleship and Biblical Teaching and is the Lead Pastor of Urera Ministries International (UMI). She partners with International Reconciliation Ministries (IRM), preaching in prisons, and has received eight Certificates of Appreciation from IRM President Bishop Arlene Tatem. Passionate about reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-20), she is committed to bringing people closer to God. She also volunteers with Arise, Love, and Serve Africa, contributing to its mission by God’s grace.

Mr Agula Joseph Ogoror - Peace Building and Conflict Transmiformation Practitioner

Mr. Agula Joseph Ogoror is a technical Assistance, Peacebuilding, and Conflict Transformation Practitioner, he is an accredited lawyer and jurist with expertise in team leadership and dispute resolution. As Programme Coordinator & CEO of Conflict Resolution by Youth (CRY) Uganda, he also heads the Lands & Natural Resources Department at TEWCCA and serves as Deputy Team Leader at RCIDC, a CSO with consultative status at the AU and UN. Additionally, he is the Global Corporation Secretary at The Global Network Corporation (GNC). An international peacebuilding trainer and ADR facilitator, he has mentored youth across civil society, academia, media, public and private sectors, and security.

Asaaba Shallot is the developer behind the Arise, Love, and Serve Africa (ALSA) website, born-again believer, committed to mentorship, humanitarian work, and empowering vulnerable communities. Driven by her love for technology and faith and believes in using her skills to create impactful solutions that transform lives. She personally built and designed this very website to serve as a platform that connects, inspires, and supports those in need. Her dedication to mentorship and community service fuels her mission to extend a compassionate hand to the less fortunate, leveraging innovation to create opportunities and make a lasting difference.

Arise, Love, and Serve AFRICA (ALS Africa) is a non-profit Ugandan indigenous organization founded in 2021, committed to uplifting marginalized communities across Africa.
